No customer service - no refund

<p>Purchased a pair of Cumulus 17 shoes at Sportmans warehouse bloemfontein. The shoe had a defect from day one however I tried to fix this by changing the inners of the shoes. I also gave the pair of shoes some time in order to "run them in". The shoes have less than 150km on them and the supplier - Asics - refuses to even have a look at the shoes because 6 months have already passed. Even though the defect is inside the sole of the shoe - from day one. My advice will be to avoid this brand at all costs. Rather chose a different brand where the supplier is actually willing to have a look at their defective brand.</p>
