Excellent service from the assistant TOBY however the lady who appears to be the manager spoilt everything when there was a mistake on the payment when Toby forgot to take off the discount ! please teach your staff to respect customers , it was the 3rd pai of shoes i bought in 3 days and your lady spoilt it! Disappeared from the shop and made a huge fuss because she had to reverse the transaction and process a sale price!
