Great service and professionalism from ASICS SA

It seems that I was too hasty about posting a complaint about Asics approximately a week ago. My concerns about a running shoe have been dealt with in the most professional manner by Dawid Visser and I am now a very happy Asics customer. My only regret is not giving Asics the chance to rectify my issue before posting my negative feedback on Hellopeter.
