FAILING RUNNING SHOES FROM THE ASICS SA STABLE !!

I purchased a pair of ASICS walking / running shoes from Top Gear Sport in George at the end of August 2017. They cost me R1700,00 and I'm still paying them off. Less than 7 months of regular road use they are pulling apart at the seams near the soles. ie ..The tops are separating from the soles ! I reckon I may make another month or two before the ASICS FAIL TOTALLY. While I was on ASICS' FB page I noticed another chap, Simon, who has only managed to get 430 kms use from his failing ASICS. The heels of his FAILING ASICS are starting to split in two ! I used to use Reebok previously and will be going back to them ... they went on for years ! Reebok sportwear is light years ahead of ASICS when it comes to reliability and getting the job done. At the end of the day I found ASICS to be waaaay overpriced with dismal quality control .... really pathetic...to be honest. I would suggest you steer clear of ASICS SA and spend your money wisely on other brands.
