Exceptional service

In December 2014 I have bought a pair of Asics running shoes overseas. After using the pair for two month (not on daily basis) the top of the shoes had holes. I have sent the picture to Asics South Africa and Mr Dawid Visser have offered to send me a new pair of shoes. Within 8 days from the first e-mail to Asics I received a new pair delivered to my home address.<br> I would like to praise this kind of customer care as it is an exceptional service.<br> Thank you Asics and Mr Dawid Visser.<br> Eitan Jacob
