Defective Asics product replaced

I purchased a pair of Asics Trabuco trail running shoes at the end of January 2015. A month later the sole came lose and I took it back to Jordan's shoes in Tokai. They could not replace the shoe as they have to send it to their head office for evaluation. There was a big possibility that the shoe would not be replaced because of the store policy. <br> <br> I then contacted Asics and relayed my situation to Dawid Visser. He was very helpful and and informative. I sent Dawid a photo of the defective shoe and he confirmed that it is a factory fault and that the shoe must be replaced.<br> <br> I forwarded his feedback to Jordans and they immediately replaced the shoes for me.<br> <br> What a pleasure dealing with someone who demonstrates that he wants to help a customer.<br> <br> Well done Dawid!
