Bad quality

I bought a R1800 pair of gel excite 10's for my son and after 3 weeks the top part of the shoe was completely ruined. Both them and Totalsport feom where i bought them just told me they have been worn so that is it and sent me on my way. I must say, that type of material is very flimsy and awful qualit, will not be purchasing Asics soon again. And the service from both companies were terrible. Very disappointing.
