ASICS Zaraca 2 shoes falling poor quality

I bought the ASICS Zaraca 2 running shoes in December 2014 and less than 3 months later, these shoes are starting to fall apart. The inner lining on one of the shoes has worn off (at the heel) and the plastic toe protector is starting to come undone. I could understand it if I wore these shoes everyday and run 10km + in them per activity, but I run 5km no more than 2 times a week! I do not use these shoes for anything else.<br> <br> I owned a pair of Asics shoes in the past that lasted me for more than 3 years, how can a shoe deteriorate within 3 months? I read some reviews online and not many have issues with this model, maybe mine came from a bad batch?<br> <br> Worst thing, there is no way of contacting Asics SA, the telephone number provided does not work (automated message saying the office is closed). Also, be aware that the number is a special service number and you will be charged an arm and a leg to call it.<br> <br>
