Asics, you suck!

<p>Walked into Canal Walk Asics, Cape Town store to ask for some advise on my blister problem when using the Nimbus 19 running shoe. I have been using Asics for the past 4 seasons and have been completely happy with the product. In fact ive raved about the shoe to my friends and family and even getting my daughter a pair to run in. I took part in a 50km ultra race and developed blisters. I went to the store and made it clear that I dont want a refund or another shoe just some technical advise in order to get over and prevent blister in the future. I was advised to buy the anti blister socks, which I did and told they would get in contact with me in the week that follows to advise on any other possible sollutions. Well 2 weeks of calling the store and even a store visit i still received no feedback as promised. Eventually i called Asics SA to complain. The very same day received a call to bring the shoe back and I will get a full refund. Not what I wanted but seen that the attitude was take your money, shut up and f.off, I duelly abliged. Now I needed a running shoe. I bought me a pair on NB and waited on my refund to reflect in my bank account. 3 days later and nothing. Ive been told it will take up to 7 days although Asics have there shoes back. The service at ASICS really sucks and there attitude has made sure I will never use the product again I guess im one person, but ill make sure everyone I know will know of my story. </p>
