Asics SA service unpleasant

I bought Asics running shoes in August 2022 for my birthday, as other runners kept suggesting I try them. Loved the shoes so much I've only used them less than 15times. Then I notices the insole started to tear and shred on the left foot. I took them to Poobie Naidoos where I got them from and they assured me the Asics Rep will surely assist but to my demise the response from the Asics Rep was that the shoe got worn out due to my running pronation(yet they have never seen me run or check my other shoes). I was told to buy new insoles which I found so weird since all my other running shoes never needed them yet some I jave been using for over 3years.
