Asics running shoes
I have been wearing Asics running shoes since 2010. Some of those shoes I had worn for 2 years. I bought a new pair of Asics Gel Nimbus 22 in March 2020. We had 2 months of level 5 lockdown, and nobody could run outside. So I started running with this shoes middle May 2020. Now the toes has gone through from the inside. How can this happen to good quality running shoes? I contacted Asics SA, they said I should take the shoes, along with the proof of payment to Sportsmanswarehouse. They couldn't help me, because the Asics supplier must check the shoes. 4 days later Sportsmanswarehouse phoned me, told me that they can't replace my shoes, because it is older than 6 months and that the shoes are become to small for me. Really?? These shoes are 1 and a half size bigger than my normal size, because me feet get swollen during long runs. I have always bought it a bigger size. I can not afford to buy new good quality running shoes every 6 months. I am very disappointed. It is all about making money, and not to keep a loyal client happy.
