Asics Gel-Venture 6 Shoes are faulty!!

I recently bought a pair of Asics Gel-Venture 6 shoes from TekkieTown and there is definitely something wrong with them, the shoes puts pressure right in the center of my heel which makes wearing them very uncomfortable. TekkieTown said that the sent the shoes off to be checked and could find nothing wrong with them so there was nothing they could do to help.

I have now taken the insoles from my very old Asics Trail Tambora 5 shoes and used them in my new Asics and the pressure issue is a lot less but still there. Im struggling to believe im stuck with a pair of R1000 shoes that cant be worn as the factory intended, ive been a long standing supporter of Asics but it might be time to start shopping for another brand. Very disappointing indeed.
