Asics gel shoes nothing but cheap Chinese *******, fell apart after first wash???

I hand washed 2 pairs of outdoor shoes as per ASICS shoe care instructions. After the wash, both soles on the ASICS Gel running shoes separated?

Merrel shoes, 100% fine after wash.

I Contacted ASICS customer care, after 4 separate emails, eventually established contact with Keira Powell and Carl Barnard, Asics Brand Representatives. I provided all details with Images. No assistance rendered.??

I also tried the Asics shoe shop Mall of Africa, manager Aida, No assistance rendered??

I have been nonchalantly ignored, My emails requests are unresolved, and Asics Sa blocked me form their Facebook page as they clearly did not want the bad publicity of the post and the Images of defective shoes .

Shoes worn for a 1 hour walk per day during lockdown period, 5 month old.
