Amazing, outstanding service from Gerhard at Asics SA

<p>I actually wish I could give a rating of at least 'double 5-stars'...</p> <p>I bought a pair of Asics Gel Numbus 18 three months ago from a Sportsmans Warehouse store. I absolutely loved my purchase! My daily practice consists usually of 5 km, which I did for a whole week. (Completely in love with my new Asics!) The following Saturday I did a 10 km road race. That is when my trouble started. As soon as I'd reached the 6 km mark, my feet started burning like fire - so much so that I needed to complete the race barefeet. Thereafter, each time I reach the 6 km mark, my feet just start burning like fire.</p> <p>I wrote to Sportsmans Warehouse, explaining my problem. I expected nothing, but thought I'll give it a try. Great was my astonishment as I got a call from GERHARD at ASICS SA, advising me to take my (used, for 3 months!) shoes back in return for a brand new pair! This, to me, is like being spoiled as being 'Father Christmas's' blue eyed girl!</p> <p>THANK YOU! THANK YOU, Gerhard! I really and truely appreciate you! I wish I had the words to do justice... </p>
