Do not do business with Asian Investment Finance

If I could give give a rating of zero, I would. I did my homework: They are registered since 2017, Their NCR number expired last year and the consultant advised that they were in the process of having it renewed. This is a complete ****. Do not do business with these people. I was so desperate because all the normal banks rejected our home loan application and we are living in a home owned by my late father in law, so we need to purchase the property from the estate. I was approved for a home loan with AI and we finally thought that all would be ok, until I was told to pay R10499.00 for admin and lawyers fees. Being so desperate I made a plan for the money. I specifically asked the consultant: when will the loan be paid out once I make the payment? He told me: within 24-72 hours ( I have correspondence to prove this). After payment was made I was then told to pay another R15000.00. they sent me a pending ABSA proof of payment for the loan that I app**** for. At least I had brains to contact ABSA to see if its legit. It was not.. I did not pay the extra 15k, thank goodness, and decided to cancel the application, only for them to tell me that I first need to pay R3100.00 to get my R10499.00 back.

Do not do business with these people guys. they are deleting any negative comments on their FB page as well.

I reported this to my bank and after trying to retrieve the 10k from the bank account that I paid the money into, they couldn't.

I'm seriously contemplating opening up a ***** case against these people
