Rotten food

We bought food got home and got platic in one of our food packages and the rice was off and rotten. Called to ask if I can bring back the food and get my money back. I got an answer of we closing and we won't give back your money you decided to spend it here eat the food and the phone was dropped. I called back again and they pretended not to understand me.
