Been trying to gather info regarding the short term insurance and what’s going on with my payments since April 2024
Been trying to gather info regarding the short term insurance and what’s going on with my payments since April 2024. I’ve requested a breakdown and an explanation and no response sent an email on the 12th for a breakdown and as well the payments since April to date no response. Sent another mail on the 13th to follow up still no response. I’m not impressed with the service I am receiving as my policy stipulates a different amount to what I’m being debited.

18 Sept 2024, 21:14I’ve been waiting for a consultant to get in touch with me after my post but nothing I’m highly disappointed in the service I’m receiving as this is a pressing matter and still no response. At this rate I’d like one of your consultants to get in touch with me so we can proceed with cancelling my short term insurance as this has been a tedious and annoying experience.
