Shocking & negligent service

I have no words to describe the awful service doled out by this firm of "attorneys". Not only did they completely get the basic premise for us engaging their service completely wrong , leading to a 3 month delay in starting my child's permit application but I, the non-expert, am the one who had to point out this major error in advice a day before we were scheduled to go to VFS for submission! And right now we have to go to Home Affairs tomorrow morning to first apply for a good cause before we can apply for the visa. I told them on day 1 that I needed to get a good cause letter first but no, they advised me it was not necessary (this after they had already quoted me for it and I had paid). Our appointment at Home Affairs is for 10am tomorrow morning. I just received a shocking draft letter from one of the attorneys at 9:26 pm because I insisted that after the wrong advice they gave me I need to review the letter they are submitting! To say the letter is shocking is an understatement. It is just gross negligence to produce such a document and want me to sign it as the author. I proceeded to send them a version of a letter I drafted myself and asked them to tweak that instead. I mean they even got my daughter's birth date wrong but they have all copies of her documents with them.

Absolutely shocking, shocking ,shocking. I would not recommend any of my friends or family to work with Ashmann Attorneys. So dissapointed to the point where I just want my money back and to carry on with the visa process on my own!
