Raw Rib extreme Pizza

We have always loved Ashley’s but we ordered pizza 18/07/2020 and we were so disappointed in the Rib extreme the rib was raw and the pizza dough also it tastes like they rushed after they told us it would take about an hour and we were done with it but 15min after ordering they called and said they were outside with the pizza. I don’t think we will be ordering again
