DISGUSTING MANNERS FROM THEIR WAITER'S - HIGHLY DISSAPPOINTED!!

Had the worst experience on Friday 21st December 2018. It was my fiancé's birthday, we decided to do a family supper for 10 relatives. The waiter we had at our table named Roland, was terrible! He took advantage of the fact that we a group of youngsters, so he can speak to us the way he wanted to, like we were his friends. It started off with him rushing us to "hurry up to give him our order" then while giving him the order, he wasn't even writing it down in his note pad. when he started feeling the pressure of everyone telling him what we wanted, he raised his voice and stopped us in our tracks and then decides to ask us to give the all orders again for him to write down. 20 minutes later, a pizza arrives at our table via another disgustingly rude waiter named Budi. He came to our table, threw the pizza on to the table and walked off. Not even giving me a chance to say that it is not what we ordered. I then called roland over, told him what happened, he takes the pizza with a sigh and rushes back to the kitchen. No apology from either of them. Second strike was him(Roland) forgetting our plates, we asked like 4 times for extra plates. Third strike, was when we eventually all lost our apetite because of this guy, I asked him for take away boxes, he then forgets it 3 times and then by the fourth time he had the audacity to insist that I give him all our food for him to go and pack into boxes for us in the kitchen. By this stage I was ****ed off! I raised my voice at him and requested that he bring me his manager and the take away boxes immediatley for me to pack in our food. The manager never pitched. I asked for our bill because by this time my kids were getting bored and wanted to leave. On the bill, he had the nerve to circle his name, so to say " don't forget the tip" I then indicated to write next to the Tip option " Not Applicable" because clearly he did not deserve it. The only advice I have for Ashley's Family Restaurant is, we know it is festive season, we know you guys take on these youngsters for holiday jobs etc, but the least you can do, is provide your casuals/waiters with proper training and common decency. I am deeply disappointed, because we always speak highly of this restaurant to friends of ours. I don't think I will ever recommend them to anyone ever again!
