Bad Service from Manager

Very bad service experienced. Order was 20 minutes late and when I asked the manager, who's name is Collin, why is there a delay, he rep**** that it would have been on time in a perfect world. I then told him, i need to get back to the office. His reply was: "whatever". Then he rushed in to the kitchen and came out with a cheeky smirk and said my pizza would be ready in 10 minutes. I am definitely never going to order there again!
