Bad Service

I was really disappointed in the service we received at the restaurant tonight. Usually Ashley's is such a nice place to dine but this evening I was really not impressed with their service of the waitron. We always had such great service and a great time dining there. The waitron Ryan(007) serviced us upon arrival. We were seated and placed our orders. Drinks was brought and we were quite patient. The friends we dined with is quite new and we always told them the Ashley's pizza is the best and you pay for good quality. We waited quite long for the seafood pizza we ordered and people who came after us had been seated and their food had been served already and yet we exercised extra patience. Our friends asked why it takes so long as we did not expect to wait so long for the pizza. We told them it will be worth the wait. When the pizza we ordered finally came we requested extra chillies. The waiter only brought garlic and told us we need to pay extra for the chillies. We are regular dine there quite regularly and was quite surprised that we have to pay for chillies. When we payed the bill at the cashier she even so non-chalanty told the waitron \ They not tipping the waitor. Really??"
