Bad food and an even worse manager

Even one star is too much for my experience tonight. I have been going to Ashley's since the time they opened way more than ten years ago. Tonight was the last time. I ordered a regular burger, it came with veg and chips. The roll was so stale and dry it curled at the edges, the patty had almost no basting, the butternut and (creamed) spinach was so stiff you had to cut it with a knife, plus it was tasteless. I sent the full plate of food back. When I complained to Mark the owner's brother and manager, he had an attitude. Told me to pick anything else off the menu. I then ordered a pizza, I was then told I had to pay for it, so no apology there. This was not the first time Mark had such a stinking attitude. Kind of makes you wonder why he only works in his bothers establishment, and not own it. Thank you to Cayle our waitron (I hope the spelling is correct) for such an awesome service that you delivered, regardless of the bad food and manager.
