Bad customer service

<p>Most disguating customer service by management....Celebrating my mother's 50th, she chose the venue and was booked in advance, on arrival management told us our seats were taken,We then waited 2 hours for seats as we were 40 guests. My aunt then approached a family which was about to leave to ask if we could use the table once they done, that family responded with happiness but your poor customer service by management approached my aunt and skold her like a small child not only infront of the family but resturant staff and guest. You have not only lost 40 customer's last night but for future as wellDefinatily will not recommend to anyone to go there as well as will make this service being shared on social media. We then ended up in spur which we felt welcomed. POOR MANAGEMENT.</p>
