attention to detail

Lack of attention to detail. I just want to bring to your attention the lack of attention when collecting orders from the resturant. I called in last night 26th April at 19:31 to order a Carnivore thin base for collection. I was told between 45 min to an hour. I arrived to the store around 20:15-20:25 to pay and collect. I was told it was not ready but the young casher said she would check...after about 10min I went up again to ask and my pizza was already waiting but she overlooked it. I do understand it gets busy in a Resturant but I just feel that collection orders should be treated the same as a walk in client. I prefer the resturant to the take-away because I use to get prompt service after I called in. This is just to help in improving the service.
