Ashley's Family Restaurant - EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!!!!

I went to Ashley's family restuarant in Voortrekker road, Goodwood on Tuesday, 21 December 2021 to get 2 take away pizzas. First the waitress who took my money for the order told me when i asked her how long it would take, that it would be done now because it goes quick, i thought that couldnt be because its 2 pizzas, so i went back 20 mins later only to have her ask me if I phoned in the order and when i told her that i had just paid 20 mins ago, she tells me that it takes 30 mins and that she told me, which was a LIE, because if she had told me i would not have gone back 20mins later, i would have gone back 30mins later. I went back 30 mins later only to be told that my pizzas was in the oven, now i dont know if the ovens Ashley's is using is slow or not working because i was told the same story for the next 30mins. I was also told by the manager that good food takes time, well I dont know if he knows the meaning of good food, because the pizza we had certainly was not good food AT ALL & also I paid for it, i didnt get the pizza for free. The service is the worst i received ever and i didnt want to give it one star, i didnt want to give it any stars but it would not allow me to write this review without selecting how many stars. Ashley's Restaurant will NEVER see me again, because waiting for pizzas for an hour is ridiculous and they need to train their staff properly and not lie to paying customers. I will definitely advise everyone i know not to go to Ashely's ever again.
