Worst service ever

I placed an order 11.11.15 delivery was to happen within 10 days. It is now 16.12.15 still no delivery I have to keep emailing to follow up even though they promise to keep you updated. I have requested for a refund and they keep giving excuses. I have never experienced service like this. I do not recommend that anyone do business with them.
