Still waiting

I ordered a neck chain for my daughter for Xmas. The order was confirmed on 28/10/2015. I have yet to receive it. It went from South Africa to Hong Kong according to the tracing I could do on their web. Really? I live in Grabouw, Western Cape, South Africa. I have sent an email and have had no reply. But they don't feel shy to keep posting adverts on my email.
