Stay away - 10 months no delivery

I have ordered items from Ashley Jewels in October 2016 and have still not received the items or a refund despite numbers promises from the supplier. I contact the supplier numerous times and they promise to get back to me / send the items / follow up but they never keep that promise. I am at wits end on how to get my money back. My advice - stay away from this site!
