Smooth negotiation

Two of my pieces had loose stones. I contact them and asked for an exchange an I send them back those necklaces as the instructions said, so it was a smooth negotiation with them and they gave me a discount code for the cause. Maybe I'm in the mood that day so I never feel irritated. :lol:
