Paid for goods that still hasn't been delivered

In November 2015 I ordered a necklace. They said on Facebook that it would be delivered within 24 - 48 hours . I've send various emails regarding my parcel. In the first emails they told me that they the product is on its way. After several attempts with mails they gave me a discount voucher. I cannot track my parcel. I request a refund but the only email I received was that they said they received the email and no further feedback. My tracking number is RH***CN. Please can you help me recover the package or a refund from the company. I would like them to be exposed as they are a ********** company.
