Paid for goods 2 months ago and have still not received them

<p>I ordered goods on the 16th November as Christmas presents for my wife expecting that they would be delviered before Christmas.</p> <p>After 2-3 weeks, I sent them an email requesting information on where my purchases were to which they responded to be patient and that they would arrive.</p> <p>A week later I sent another mail saying that nothing had arrived and asked if the delivery would be hand delivered or through the post, to which they responded hand delivered but to check the post office in case it came through there.</p> <p>I went to the post office to check if anything had arrived for me, which nothing had and the day before Christmas, sent them another message, to which I have not had a reply.</p> <p>I am disappointed because they allow you to purchase and pay for delivery and yet I still have not received my goods. If they cannot to deliver to other countries, then they should clearly state that when you input your address.</p> <p>If I was a client outside of their home country, i would be very careful when placing an order with them and expecting it to be delivered within a rasonable time frame and 2 months is not reasonable in my understanding of customer service.</p>
