Paid 1 October - NO delivery - ONLY EXCUSES

I've placed and paid the order 1 October 2015. To date I've only received promises but no delivery. I even got a discount voucher which is meaningless as I will never shop with them again. I received a shipping confirmation order number which is equally meaningless as shipping simply can't be tracked and does not occur.
