Not Delivered of goods

I placed an order via FaceBook for a Moon and Back Daughter Necklace from Ashley Jewels on the 06 October 2015 as a birthday Gift for my daughter's 21st - it has been over 2 weeks already and I have still not received it. I have already paid for it. I have emailed a couple of times and have had one response and nothing since. I have ordered many things on line before from Kalahari, NetJewel, and have never waited longer than 3 days. I am now at my wits ends as I still have not received my necklace. I want to know when I will get my necklace.
