no delivery and no communication

Paid for an item 11/22/15 that said delivery in 2-4 days. Have not received item and every single email and facebook message has gone without a single response. They regularly delete posts and comments from angry customers. I have reported them to a variety of agencies and will continue to do so. I have reported them to Shopify as well (ecommerce solution). DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE ********!!!
