Goods not received after 2 months

I ordered a very special gift for my mom to the value of over R600.00. I placed the order at the beginning of October and still have had no delivery. Their website promises quick delivery. Customer service is appaling... the client services rep \Bob"refers to me as \""friend\"" and keeps asking for patience. I just want want my money back now. Will never order from them again.<br> <br> Disgusted"
