Do NOT Purchase from Ashley Jewel

Do not buy anything from Ashley Jewels online. I placed two orders on 6th December 2015 for Christmas gifts. I sent email upon email inquiring when delivery will be. I eventually received a response asking if it would be okay to deliver after the Christmas period. Once the festive season was over, I had to contact them to go forward with the orders. The only apology I received was a 15% discount on my next purchase. I was eventually sent a link to a courier website to track the orders. I finally received one order on January 28th 2016. When I opened the package, on February 2nd 2016, there was only ONE of the THREE items I had ordered! Once again I have emailed them, and two days later I have still not had any response.
