Customer service is wonderful, and I do love them.

I have read many negative reviews about this company stating they never received a tracking number for their order. I don't understand this. I place an order online on the 10th and received notification form ups on the 12th that it had been shipped. I have a tracking number, and the whole process has been smooth. Besides this, they are great with returns. Customer service is wonderful, and I do love them.
