Ashely Jewels is a dishonest bunch of ******!

I placed an order for an item from Ashley Jewels on October 11 2015 and was promised that the item would be shipped within 2-4 days of placement and payment of the order. I still have not received delivery as of November 1. I have submitted various queries as the tracking number indicated that the package has not been shipped. I have been in contact with the customer support centre, with a faceless entity known as Bob. Bob apologised for the inconvenience, but I still have not received any helpful information. I have demanded a refund, as I paid by credit card, and am awaiting feedback. Please be warned that this company is dishonest and refrain from placing orders with them.
