Bad service and bad attitute

Good day , we have been having a problem with Ashcraft Interiors, they had done my ktichen cupboards and when I went to replace some doors we were told that they no longer stocked that color and , we then chose an alternate color from their catalogue. I paid the deposit and when I went back to confirmed the doors and paid the balance, i confirmed everything with nivash. When I collected the doors, they were wrong pattern and the holes where incorrect, when I went back to sort the issue ,I was told that the Nivash no longer works there and that they cant do anything to assist. I spoke to Sunitha who didn't do much to help with the query,as a customer I am disappointed with their service and they want me to pay for new doors. Their mistake has caused great inconvience for me as I needed to pay the carpenter for his time as he could not hang the doors. Its costing me petrol to travel back and forth.
