Worse vetinary service ever received

I am sorry I never tried harder to avoid this vet in an emergency situation. 10 years ago, the vet botched the home euthanasia of our very old dalmatian and left him in pain for over an hour, suffering, while the injection took effect and refused to come back to use more to actually put him out his pain. This was traumatic for everyone. This week we used them in an emergency on a Sunday for a laceration and what regret we are filled with. They never once app**** a proper cross bandage on the dog to try prevent it from just slipping off, R4000 later for some antibiotics and cleaning, and bandaging that wasn't done correctly, no stitches to even close the wound and then want us to keep coming back practically everyday for new bandages and to pay for this when they're not doing it properly. Zero customer service and overpriced for the service you receive. I will definitely make sure to never use them again, and good luck to those who do!
