Watched a pet die and didn't even attempt saving him until after he died

I went there for the first time today and I will never ever go there again. It's Sunday and I needed an emergency vet for a kitten I had found a few days ago, I called in and they said to bring him in for an emergency. I got there 20 mins later . Told them I URGENTLY NEED A VET they spent 15 mins filling in paperwork making copies and EATING POPCORN whilst my mother historically started tearing saying he stopped breathing after 15 mins of paperswork and NO ONE ASSISTED until 5 mins later he passed away. Then a veterinarian comes in and gives her ideas as how he might have passed and says SHE WON'T CHARGE CONSULTING FEES. WOMAN THE CAT IS DEAD AND YOU DIDN'T EVEN ATTEMPT SAVING HIM. rather go to kloof village vet or Westville. Not this place, the staff are not helpful one bit nor do you get the help you need especially being called an emergency vet, not worth being called a 24/7 emergency vet truly heart breaking. I'm so so disappointed. Doesn't even deserve a 1 ⭐
