Terrible service from this VET!!

I reside in Cape Town and needed to get my pet dog to the vet for sun burn treatment,i got a pet taxi to take my pet to them and the took 1:30min after setting a appointment for 12 midday,the Vet Kirsty checked my dog and stated sunburn to me but when i stated it is a outsurance claim and that the info on the form was incorrect because she stated that the dog has a chronic disease and it was a illness and not a accident. Since when did sunburn become a illness and after telling her what i thought they refilled in a form and wrote all wrong info on it for my claim to be rejected. I suggest that no one uses this Vet because they care nothing for your pet but want the money even to assist you in getting your reund from the insurance they will ensure you wont...They are rude and they will kill your pet!
