Schoeman a shyster

My cat had breathing problems at 3 a.m. in the morning . I took him here and Schoeman put him in an oxygen fed cage and promised that an Xray and bloods would be done in the morning and I can expect a call at 11 a.m. At 11.30 a.m. we called the hospital only to be told that he was off for the day and his assistant was given strict instruction to observe my cat only and there was no way that we could get the cat back home that weekend. We made a request to his assistant to have our cat ready as we were moving him to Westville Veterinary Hospital . We got to Ashburne Veterinary hospital an hour later only to find Schoeman at the door greeting another patient. He refused to release our cat telling us to come back in an hour by which time the Westville Hospital veterinarians would have gone home . After raising a raucous and advice from his own security company he released my cat. At Westville Hospital my cat had his xrays , bloods and medication within half an hour of consult. He was released immediately after the consult into my care and he is recuperating. Schoeman was definitely out to fleece us .
