Bad Service Delivery and Attitude of Staff

Last Sunday I took my 8 week old pup to the vet as she fell and was in alot of pain, I was told that the consult would be R850, x ray R550 and thereafter R220 per x ray, I had to pay a R2000 deposit before treatment.They asked me to leave my puppy with them to conclude some tests, upon returning I was told by the vet that there were no injuries when I was asked to settle the bill they then asked me to pay R3500 which I did.Jt is 1 week later and my puppy has a bad limp and seems as though she is in terrible pain.I was told last week that they will email the x-rays to me which never happened.I called them now requesting the x-rays and a lady who is very rude stated that they do not give the owners a copy of the x ray, she then cut the call on me and refuses to answer the phone again.I must say that the Service is terrible in this place and for them it's all about the money, although we paid we still don't get the service.I would like for a Senior person to call me in regards to the above,Regards Mr Reddy
