Ashburne clinic: Injured pet during hospital stay

I recently had to admit my labrador Brady to Ashburne veterinary hospital due to an illness. Well, the first thing they want from you is money upfront. Then upon his release we noticed he was missing a front tooth. We contacted the hospital to report this but was told he may have injured himself. The manager could not provide camera footage of this yet the clinic is fully under surveillance. We were then told if you want to take this further " DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO" by the manager who I feel does not take pet care very seriously. I would like to take that Keegan Schoeman for a weekend and send him home less a few teeth and see how he feels. This clinic is basically money driven and pet care seems to be of little importance. They could have asked us to bring Brady back so they can assess his injury but No, they dont care, nor did they do a follow up to check on his well being. Be careful you dont send a dog there for so called CARE and get back one with three legs. ****** disgrace.
