Money not reversed back

I went for dinner at Ashas lifestyle house in polokwane on 11/10/2021. When i was paying the money ddnt reflect on their side but was taken from my bank. I paid again and they said they will reverse it. Ive been waiting for 8 days for 763 till date. When i text and call they dnt take me serious. I need help in this matter. Im a very ****ed customer
