High quality gone bad fast

I manufacture quality and stunning pallet furniture and was supp**** supposedly high quality sealer for my furniture by A Shak (PTY)LTD I was assured that their clear \Dec Seal\" was and is one of the best outdoor/indoor wood sealer on the market. Unfortunately only after 6 -8 weeks I was starting to get complaints from dissatisfied clients that their furniture was starting to look bad and ugly. I informed A Shak of the problem and their first reaction was we app**** it wrong. After numerous complaints after that they agreed that the product is not working. According to them the only solution is an oil based sealer of which they gave me 20 liters to rectify some complaints from clients. I keep on doing repairs but they just keep quiet after all the money I spend on their so called \"HIGH QUALITY\" products. After thousands of Rands I've spend on their products their only solution is silence. DON'T BUY ANY \"A SHAK\" PRODUCTS, IT'S NOT WORKING. "
