Stay away - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

I have ordered and paid for two cycling bags on the 14th of November, which was supposed to be Christmas presents. After receiving the wrong items, and followed it up with them immediately, the response was that they are moving shops and that things are hectic. The second effort resulted in the courier company LOSING the bags. After requesting the tracking number and contact numbers of the courier company (which I till today have NOT received), I was promised that personal attention will be given to the next effort.

I eventually receive the bags only on the 27th of December, two days after Christmas !!!!!! And that for a delivery from Pretoria to Middelburg Mpumalanga.

Cycling items that I ordered online from overseas are delivered correctly and within 5 working days ......

ASG Online Store's service, empty promises and arrogance is appalling and I want to warn the cycling community to rather stay away and not order from them. Rather order directly from overseas.

It is very sad that our South Africans can maintain the service that are usually linked to brands like Pinarello ......

These guys do not care and are only interested in taking your money, and then it becomes your nightmare to get what you have paid for ...... PATHETIC to say the least.
