ASG owes me money

ASG have cancelled the event Waterberg Encounter in 2020. This was BEFORE lockdown that the announcement was made. They stated a full refund or in store vouchers as options. I opted for a refund which was confirmed from their side. BUT then they used lockdown as an excuse but I rep**** to the mail stating the event was cancelled before lockdown and I still want my refund. After numerous attempts to get a hold of them they just ignore emails! Very very poor!!!
